Service and Start-Up
Compressed Air / Gas Dryer Service
IPS's service technicians service compressed air dryers and compressed air system components including filters, automatic drain valves and other system components. Services include:
  • System commissioning and start-up service
  • Air dryer repair and preventive maintenance
  • On-site surveys and evaluation reports: steam traps, compressed air quality, water conservation, filter validation, and more
  • Training seminars on equipment repair, operation, safety, and efficiency

    Shop work cost is based on a fixed fee basis for routine work, and on a time-and-material basis for non-routine work. Field service work is based on a time-and-material basis plus travel and subsistence costs. Certain on-site survey work, such as steam trap and compressed air quality surveys, may be done on a promotional "no-charge basis" if the work is limited in scope and duration.
    Nibsco Valve Repair Service
  • Authorized Bettis Valve Automation Center and EIM Gold Seal Service Center
  • Complete inventory of all actuators, controllers, service kits and accessories
  • Valves completely tested, adjusted, calibrated (fine tuned), electrically or pneumatically assuring positive and full performance
  • Guarantee of assembly and workmanship on all shipped units
  • Full machine capabilities, test pressure through 8,000 psig, overhead lifting capability to 5 tons and an in-house oxygen cleaning facility
  • Valve packages are provided with complete traceability of component parts
