UE Systems ultrasonic instruments for leak detection are used in energy conservation, predictive maintenance, and safety and quality assurance programs. The Ultraprobe Series is recognized as the standard in portable airborne ultrasound instrumentation. Supported by an array of specialized accessories and software, UE Systems also provides continuous online monitors for quality control and advanced warning of leaks.
Ultraprobe 2000
UE Systems’ Ultraprobe 2000 is an ultrasonic inspection instrument. The Ultraprobe 2000 works in simple and sophisticated leak detection applications. UE Systems designed user-friendly features into the Ultraprobe 2000 to make it easy-to-use and functional in the field. Features include:
Frequency tuning – allows the operator to select the specific frequency of a problem sound. Selecting a specific frequency has the added benefit of reducing interference from ultrasonic signals generated by nearby equipment.
Bi-modal meter switch – Logarithmic metering for instant leak detection and fault detection response and Linear mode for bearing and mechanical monitoring, which accepts a wide range of sounds that is averaged for stabilized readings
Ten turn sensitivity adjust dial – helps operators detect subtle mechanical and leak problems as well as focus in on gross signals
Trisonic scanning module – patented transducer has a phased array of three transducers delivering sensitivity previously not attainable

Nyad Moisture Analyzers
The A.C.T. (Advanced Capacitive Transducer) moisture sensor uses state-of-the-art technology to produce a fast-responding, rugged, trace moisture sensor that is also designed to lower your costs by permitting sensor replacement without having to discard old probe bodies. The A.C.T. technology has dramatic improvements in its performance as well as a high specificity to moisture compared to older, competitive versions.
Wide dynamic range: -130°C to +20°C Dew/Frostpoint
These analyzers use a replaceable electrochemical cell, and among its advanced features are its lower temperature coefficient due to diffusion barrier design, immunity to CO2, and its wide range. It provides more than a year’s life in normal applications, and it is suitable for multi-background gas samples.
These monitors were designed to accurately and reliably monitor the Carbon Monoxide content of high pressure breathing air or medical air supplies and provide an alarm when safe levels are exceeded. They feature an advanced electrochemical sensor whose digitized output is sent to a microprocessor-based analyzer that provides a digital display of Carbon Monoxide concentration.
These analyzers measure both moisture and Oxygen concentrations in gas samples. In one package you have the convenience of two independent gas analyzers with separate displays, outputs, and alarms.
