The SPX Pneumatic Products DEA Series Internally Heated Desiccant Dryer is one of the most energy efficient desiccant dryers on the market. The energy requirement for a DEA type dryer is 40% less compared to a Heatless design and up to 30% less compared to a blower purge design. Using the heat of conduction with internal heaters the regeneration energy is focused directly on the desiccant. This design allows for lower KW heaters and less heat up time as compared to other thermal swing dryers.
