The Republic RB 500, 800, 1200, 2000, and 2400 Centrifugal Velocity Blowers
The Republic Blower Systems offers a dynamic line of centrifugal oil – free blowers with a field-proven design engineered to provide a highly efficient supply of air for your air or gas handling applications. For pressure or vacuum, the RB series centrifugal blower is designed to provide a robust blower design that is both economical and easy to maintain.
For example, the RB series design offers a permanently grease-packed ceramic-hybrid ball bearings assembly that requires no maintenance. The bearing is rated for 350°F and 40,000 RPM. The bearing assembly is easy to access and it eliminates the need to return the blower head for a core reimbursement.
You will find that the Republic blower system is made from high grade materials and excellent workmanship. The Republic blower comes with a precision-ground steel shaft and a cast 356-T6 aluminum blower housing. The motor pulley is nickel plated steel and the blower pulley is stainless steel. The PTFE multi-lip seal provides a more effective seal area to the bearing housing.
The mounting plate provides a belt tension adjustment arm that automatically adjusts to maintain the proper belt tension with the blower pulley for consistent performance of the blower.
